Chilli Pepper Spiciness Ratings

I love spicy foods and some peppers are as tasty as they are spicy. BUT before throwing a few peppers into a dish I’m cooking I want to know roughly how spicy they are. I typically use this list as my guideline, using jalapenos and habaneros as my calibration points.
